EXCHANGE AND REFUND
Planet E will exchange product within 14 days from the ship date. All goods must be returned in perfect, unused condition along with a copy of your initial invoice. We require that you email us first to inform us. Please email info AT planet-e.net Please include the following in your email:
- Name and Address
- Order #
- Date of order
- Short Description of reason of RETURN
Defective Goods will exchanged for a replacement of the same item. If item was last in stock, a store credit will be issued.
In case goods are NOT available for an exchange, you will be credited for the amount within 14 days (excluding shipping charges).
